Fort McMurray Golf Club offers the areas only 27 hole golf course which means we have more available tee times available for you to golf.  At Fort McMurray Golf Club you receive a 27 hole membership as compared to other courses that offer access to only 9 or 18 holes.

Our Championship Golf Course is carved out of the beautiful Boreal Forest and nestled along the banks of the Athabasca River.  This spectacular setting offers breath taking views in all seasons.  Whether you are an experienced golfer or new to the game the course offers something for everyone.  Ranked among the must play golf courses in Alberta by the Edmonton Sun and has played host to the PGA Tour Canada’s Syncrude Boreal Open. Most recently we hosted a national mens event – the 2021 Canadian Mens Mid Amateur.

In 2019 we were excited to announce the opening of our new clubhouse to compliment to our third nine which opened in 2017.  2020/2021 provided many challenges that have now been overcome with spring flooding. 2021 saw us back on all 27 holes in the spring. This will undoubtedly be another special season as it marks the another fantastic season with all 27 holes and the clubhouse open for another year.

At the Fort McMurray Golf Club we value all our pass holders and strive to provide them with the best services and accessibility through-out the golfing season.  This means selling a limited amount of passes to ensure you can play when you want and where you want.  As with all our nines, pass holders and guests are welcome to walk or ride.  Our pro shop team consists of PGA of Canada Professionals devoted to growing the game and are eager to share their years of industry experience with you.  From open to close you will always find a knowledgeable trained professional to assist you.
