Club Policies and
Procedures
a.
Guidelines for Booking Tee Times:
Members
may book up to seven days in advance for Monday to Friday.
Associate
and
Student Members may book up to seven days in advance for
Monday to Friday.
For weekends and public
holidays we use the Ballot System. The ballot system is very
simple to operate and
makes it much more convenient for everyone. Members,
Associate and Student
Members must submit their ballots before 12:00 noon on the
Tuesday prior. The following information must be on the ballot:
1.
Last names
of the players in their group.
2.
Time slot in
which they want their tee time.
3.
Phone
number.
Ballots are drawn in 3
random draws. The first draw is for Full Play Members Only. The
second draw is for Full Play Members, Shareholder Junior Members, and
Guests. The third draw is for BALLOT’S NOT PROPERLY FILLED OUT.
Ballot examples are available for viewing in the Pro Shop.
Note: Maximum of ONE tee time per member.
On Tuesday
afternoon a member of the Pro Shop will make a random draw in each time
slot for
each day of the weekend and/or public holiday.
Weekday Members
may
book up to five days in advance and Junior Members
may book up to three days in advance. Junior Members are
not permitted to book tee times between 4:00pm – 7:00pm Monday –
Friday and before noon on Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and Stat Holiday’s.
Junior Members must be accompanied by an Adult if they are playing
before noon on Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and Stat Holiday’s.
Non-Members may book Thursday morning for the weekends and stat
holidays and two days in advance for Monday to Friday.
b.
Tee
Time Rules and Regulations:
The starter
will add players to twosomes or threesomes as demand requires and may
change 9-hole bookings from front to back nine or visa-versa without
impeding the flow of players already on the course to ensure maximum
utilization of the course.
When there are delays to
the first tee time of the day due to frost, fog, rain or other climatic
conditions or at the ruling of the Superintendent or the Head
Professional, the starter is to make up a new tee sheet using the best
estimate of the starting time putting the groups in sequence one tee
time following the next according to the sequence they were on the
original tee time sheet.
c.
Power Cart Reservation Policy:
Shareholders may reserve
power carts as far in advance as they like by phoning the Pro Shop. If
the reservation is made more than seven days in advance a $5.00
reservation charge will accompany the power cart fee at the time of
rental. Reservation of a tee time is NOT a reservation for a
power cart. Once the power cart is reserved, the fees will be charged in
full unless the course is closed.

Rental Fees (GST Included):
